I’m Erica Campbell, a passionate leader & entrepreneur committed to empowering women in business and guiding them to become industry influencers. 

I am the Leader of Women’s Business League of Tampa helping women of all industries become industry thought leaders. I was nominated for ”40 Women to Watch in Tampa Bay” 2024. Also, my charcuterie business was recognized as “Top 10 Best of the Bay“ by Creative Loafing. I’ve gone viral on Facebook and TikTok, and I have helped a lot of women create digital success. 

As a mom, I understand the importance of work-life balance. At 18, I owned a photography studio, which sparked my entrepreneurial curiosity. At age 16 I won 1st place in the state of Florida for a writing contest which resulted in a publication in the book “Great Expressions.” Later, I was featured in the World of Westchase magazine for a networking group I started.
